Our teachers will introduce core concepts and guide your experience as you pot, prune, and design your very own bonsai tree!

Recently voted one of NH’s 5 “Best Musical Acts” in The Hippo’s “Best of 2023”, Kevin Horan has solidified himself as a fixture in the local music scene. Be it through his solo efforts, or his former work with the Providence-based rock group, The Stone Road Band, Horan’s original acoustic-driven material blends elements of alternative, classic-rock, jam-band and pop-rock genres. His powerful vocals, energetic stage presence and percussive acoustic style accompany his dynamic songwriting and storytelling.

When performing solo he trades his high energy full band performances with a stripped down, intimate acoustic set, filled with humorous anecdotes and stories. He’ll have you laughing one moment and quietly engaged in song the next.

Rob Joyce is a local touring guitar player and singer/songwriter who gained social media attention back in 2016 when he had the night of his life playing onstage with Keith Urban (@keithurban)! Rob relocated in Nashville and spent 5 plus years touring with artists in the country music circuit (most notably Riley Green). Now Rob is back in New England playing shows and working on an EP of original music coming this spring.

We’ll start in the brewery where hops, malt, water, and yeast converge to make beer! Learn about the brewing process, from grain to glass, with Spyglass owner John. Then, indulge in a guided tasting session, where you'll sample a selection of beers, from crisp lagers to hazy juicy IPAs, experiencing the full spectrum of flavors and aromas that define our brews.

Come early if you’d like to have a bite to eat, we have a variety of offerings on their menu for purchase.

Ada - 6.2% ABV Sour IPA Pink Boots Collaboration Beer
A tart hazy IPA brewed with Valley Malt Girl Power Pilsner & dry hopped with Citra, Idaho 7, & the YCH Pink Boots Hob Blend.

Beer Sensory Notes - Dank citrus/pineapple aroma leads to flavors of pineapple & berries. More tart than sour, Ada is light, easy drinking, & approachable to all beer lovers!

Our very own Production Staff Member, Erika, helped write the recipe and created the label. This is her first beer release!

Ada is named for Ada Lovelace, an English Mathematician & Writer, who in 1842, helped to revolutionize the trajectory of the computer industry when she published her elaborate notes on Charles Babbage’s Analytical Engine. She is considered the first person to recognize that these machines had a much larger potential than mathematical calculation.

The Analytical Engine remained a vision until Lovelace’s notes became one of the critical documents to inspire Alan Turing’s work on the first modern computers in the 1940s. Then again in 1979 the U.S. Department of Defense created a computer language called “Ada,” named after Ada Lovelace.

Ada Lovelace is known as the First Computer Programer and her thwarted potential, passion and vision for technology, have made her a powerful symbol for modern women in technology.

Proceeds will be donated to the Pink Boots Society whose mission aims to assist, inspire and encourage women and non-binary individuals in the fermented/alcoholic beverage industry to advance their careers through education. Cheers!

This is a terrarium building class where you come to sip on some beer & let your imagination fly, the rest is provided.

Learn about the different layers of a terrarium & how they allow this mini-ecosystem to thrive. The best part? Terrariums are super low maintenance, so this is a new green friend that won't cause much trouble!

After two fun hours of drinks, laughs and creativity, leave the class with your own unique terrarium & all the skills to look after it.

Knowledge required: Perfect for beginners.

What you'll get: All terrariums will include 3 plants, rocks, moss, soil, sand, 6" vase & all the tools to build the terrarium.

Each participant will receive 1 drink ticket for a glass of beer to help get your creative juices flowing!
