We have a new sour on tap this week. This other Entanglement is a sour ale with heaps (as they say in New Zealand) of apricots. Mixed Berry and Apricot Entanglement were based on the same kettle sour ale base and separated early, dosed with fruit, and fermented further to isolate the fruit flavors and back off the sweetness. The apricot is a full rich color and a solid tart flavor.
