Milk Stout w/ Vanilla and Coffee - 7%

Convergent features grist including 4 dark malts. After fermentation it is conditioned on hand diced whole vanilla beans from Madagascar. After extracting the vanilla flavours it is then conditioned again on pounds of dark espresso roast beans.

Symmetry features the same grist as Convergent, but after fermentation it is conditioned on Raspberry Puree and hand diced whole vanilla beans from Madagascar and pounds of cacao nibs

Our Cascade/Wakatu blonde ale refermented on 40lbs of pureed raspberries.

State Machine DDH Citra

New England IPA - 6.6%

SM Citra is hazy, juicy and features a smooth bitterness. We dry hopped SM-Citra twice for a total of over 3 pounds of hops per barrel. Citra hops offer ripe tropical fruit, grapefruit, and citrus aromas and flavors.

Parallax

DIPA - 8.2%

Parallax is an 8.2% Double IPA with a blend of US and Australian hops.

Apricot Entanglement

SOUR ALE ON APRICOTS - 4.8%

Featuring a grist of wheat and pale malts, Entanglement is kettle soured, hopped delicately with French Strisselspalt, then fermented and conditioned on hundreds of pounds of apricot puree. Light, tart, refreshing, and bursting with apricot flavors.
